Paypal needs to confirm my location.

This a stealth account, the address is my address but I did not use my real name.

I am in Canada

What options did they give you for confirming location?

Are they actually asking for documents?

If confirm location is alternative, but after I changed my passpowd and sercurity questions, I still got limitation

You should get the confirm by post/phone option.

after I click it , there are two options:

1.link your credit card---------- But my credit card is a Gift Visa,they said they will charge 2.49 ,after they get comfirmation, they will refund .

2. uploaded a proof of your location: such as bank statement , bill payment...

If you can link a card that is your best bet (I'm afraid I'm not up on what options are available in Canada, for the UK I would suggest entropay).

Failing that your initial thoughts RE: getting creative should do the trick!

i just got the exact same thing on a new stealth... my friends name etc.. besides simon whats the best us cc to get the fastest i need to get selling again..thanks!

'Fast' backfires because you make mistakes.

I had the exact same problem.

From my experience, this is the first stage of them raising suspicion. This step is very easy, but I would seriously be very careful after you have unlimited your account, because they are basically on to you.

You can easily get the account unlimited by buying a VCC + Expuse Service. I can recommend some for you - you type in the VCC, wait 5 minutes and the service sends you the number. If you change your IP after, the card will become unconfirmed; but your account won't become limited.

From experience, this is the un-limitation requirements in order:

1. Confirm Location via Credit Card (They'll send Expuse)

ONCE LIMITED AFTER THAT, YOU'LL HAVE TO:
