We have detected suspicious activity regarding the receipt or withdrawal of funds.

That is what paypal said. Why did they say this? I tried to buy a product for 100$ after I had received 350$ Could it be because my account isnt old enough or?

That's why. You have to let it age 30-31 days to do anything on the account.

Not only that how long after you recieved the $350 did you try to spend it? In PayPal's eyes that looks like fraud leave it alone for a few days ......
