Back to being limited again ...

Need to confirm my location again ... says I need to enter credit card info before being taken to phone verification.

I have tried several VCC's - they didn't work ($40 in total)

I have bought my final VCC from a guy that I have worked with for ages - his VCC's are different. I've spent $40 on a VoIP forwarded to my normal mobile

What are the chances? Have I lost?

First you need to find out why you were limited.

It wasn't because of a VCC that's for sure. It's most likely something you did wrong.

It said because they thought my account was accessed by a 'Third Party' ?

I send a large payment from a U.S Account to a U.K Account - and they must of thought it someone hacked my account?

That U.K Account is mine - and is also now limited; the transaction is under review by PayPal. Hopefully they cancel it.

I don't think un-limited this account should be much of a problem, it's just there is a lot of money in that account, which is very hard earned. So, I'm extremely worried - because the details of the account aren't mine / real. My account was limited which I'm sorting out as we speak!

I see, it's then a cookie/ flash object / IP issue then.

My VPN service is in California - I couldn't find not one VPN in Florida!

I haven't got a clue about Flash Objects, but I clear my entire computer with ccleaner.com before I connect to the VPN ...

I would love to read eBay Stealth - but my PayPal Account in limited, LOL! And my Credit Card doesn't accept international purchases, which I'm not going to remove because I had the equivalent of $19,000 (Yes, $19,000) emptied from my bank account 2 years ago because of an international purchase.

If you're wondering, I got it all back :)

But eBay Stealh is on my priority list - I just need to get this **** PayPal unlimited, otherwise I've lost all of my money...
