Avs vcc?

Hi Guys,

So thanks to a helpful member I now know that I need a VCC that can pass the AVS...

Does anyone know whether I stand a good chance at it beating the 'Confirm Location' limited requirement thing? I've got a DID, will that work for Phone Verification?

Also, where on earth do I find a AVS VCC? I know about Simon's Gift Cards, but I was hoping for a cheaper option?

on UK paypal, no, it is not a question of vcc for location confirmation...please do a search on UK area of forum...you will be called on the number you provide (which needs to be a good match to your location) or you need to receive a letter to the adress you give. You then input the code and you get your limits lifted..

vcc is added to paypal and so is bank, both get codes sent to them to verify you control them.....

location is nothing to do with vcc or credit card address

I have a DID Number in the exact location - just cannot find an AVS VCC for the life of me . . .

I would of got the Simon's Gift Card, but you have to have a US Credit / Debit Card :(

Anyone know?
