Problems setting up new Paypal accounts
 

I have not run into problems in a couple years, setting up Paypal accounts. All of a sudden my last couple attempts have been limited on the very day I set them up! Does anyone know if the old stand by's are red flags? I use the All Access Visa debit cards, I load with 25 dollars and buy 20 feedbacks on eBay pay for them through Paypal. I use a net10 phone, for eBay verification. The rest of the my info is annomous. This has worked for me, without issue for years...untill now:noidea: I set the account up at starbucks, which I often do... even though their ip address is often a distant location. If anyone has any idea what has changed please let me know! Thanks in advance:amen:

Lots has changed in years. I highly suggest you get the stealth book. Your first problem is buying 20 feedbacks, that's a no no.
