If its my REAL account.

So I used my address & card to add to payapl, and I sold VERO items on EBay.

Its limited with nearly £400.00GBP in, i need to supple Photo ID, Address, Invoices & Supplier Contact Info.

I am having problems with Invoices, and Supplier Info, will Paypal try to contact the supplier? I.e if I made one up? Along with the invoices? And used REAL documents to prove my address and photo ID? to get the account unlimited.

oompaloompa 02-12-2010 10:55 AM

if its your real account, yes use your real docs, just cover a few parts up for your own security......

invoices, well if you dont have real ones, then make it , use a template, plenty online, put a disposible number and email on it, and be on the end of them, if they decide to make enquires!! Usually though, if its a routine limitation, they wave you through....but if your goods are more questionable for a variety of reasons, you will need to apply objective logic as to if your invoices would really pass the test...bottom line, if they want to shut you down they will, they will use a vague excuse...

mcnig 02-12-2010 10:59 AM

I was selling MS Keys. So should I just create an invoice, and supplier info? How can I be on the end of the enquires?

oompaloompa 02-13-2010 04:04 AM

I think thats different from say a general electrical supplier somewhere say in farest Europe ..I know nothing about MS keys, is it possible to have a supplier? as I said it has to be believable.....

The enquiries, oh thats easy, a disposible phone number and email....

hopefully someone will add to this thread re MS

I don't think they like the MS keys being sold, is it a grey area legally or perfectly OK?

I doubt they will give you your £400 back until 180 days...6 months.

If it is legal they can be fought. But you will need to set up again with a fresh account using the info on the site.

mcnig 02-15-2010 12:50 PM

It needs Photo ID, Proof Of Address, Invoice & Supplier Info.

But the details registered are that of my own, im a bit dubious, do I sent in an actual photo ID of myself? with real address documents and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ supplier and invoice info?? Seems a little dodgy ?? What should I do?

oompaloompa 02-16-2010 07:45 AM

bottom line are MS keys ok to be sold or not - I kind of doubt it, microsoft is big and harsh rights owner...I would have thought the supply chain was known, do you know of a legit supplier?

if you think you will not be believed, dont bother with ID etc, wait the 180 days....

mcnig 02-17-2010 01:19 PM

How to I start the 180 days? do I need to provide info, then when they say we dont beleive it, then they will start the 180 day?

oompaloompa 02-17-2010 01:21 PM

no you dont have to provide info, inform them you are not sending info and that they should confirm their next move..

trustpayjsc 02-26-2010 11:52 PM

I thought you were a verified Microsoft reseller. You can easily get invoice from Microsoft, if those keys are genuine.

trustpayjsc 02-27-2010 12:32 AM

yes, we are verified Microsoft partner. but i only request invoice for Ms box, not for key.

Ok, you might want to create a new thread. Also you might want to read over the forum rules. ;)

When your account gets limited, your 180 days begin to count. I used to leave one paypal account limit unattended for around five months and then go back to deal with it. I received a parting away letter and then 180 day holding notice. Several weeks later, paypal tells me to withdraw the money. This is also confirmed by a paypal phone assistant.

Sellling ms key is doomed on ebay. Your paypal will die. No way out. Just making some rubbish invoice and sending it to paypal to get your paypal account terminated.

I never send anything to them

Hi Green, I never send anything or jump through these hoops. I just leave the account for 180 days tehn withdraw the money. Is this a new thing?

I have invoices but I chose not to send them. All my buyers are happy so in theory I should be able to have my own money back after 180 days...... am I right?

NZT 03-04-2010 03:41 AM

So I guess I have to log in and either send the info or tell them that I refuse to.

All I want is my own money back now.

i didn't send any invoice or supplier info.because paypal blocked money for 180 days.
after 180 days, there is a note on paypal,"your account limited more then 180 days.but you can withdraw now."
so,i withdrawed my all money but account still limited
