New Paypal Limited - Need Advice concerning no tracking number
 

Hi Everybody,

I have just had my new Paypal account limited.
They have only asked me for proof of invoices and proof of delivery - they didnt ask for proof of ID.

I have tracking numbers available for 4 of the 5 deliveries.

The one without is a $3 (2 GBP) sale. This was sent to Italy from the UK by Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not offer proof of delivery to Italy, and I have checked and it is approximately $40 when delivering through DHL!!!!

Im considering telling Paypal that there is no tracking number with this delivery and explaining in a note that it would cost $40.

Do you believe that they will accept this?
I dont really want to phone Paypal up to sort this out.

Any experiences??

That should be fine. but calling paypal always works better and explaining that you have 4/5 tracking number, the one with no tracking number, you can confirm that with ebay feedback, once customer leaves feedback means item got delivered. They never respond to your e-mails and limitation takes age if you wait from them to restore you account, once you provide everything, if you have already? if not Pls read my PM, give them a call speak to limitation department, depending on the person, they will review your account and within or less than 24hrs they will get back to you with a good news or ask you for further info!
