Pay needs a Third party documentation from a retailor?
My paypal account has been limited over 2 weeks, they have asked me to provide a number of documents back and forth.
The reason that My paypal account has been limited is due to I was selling some branded shoes on ebay (600 and 99.5% positive feedback )and some buyers (maybe they are competitors) reported to ebay that the shoes I was selling were ⊗⊗⊗⊗, so ebay removed all the items and emailed me saying they wouldnt let me sell stuff on ebay for 1 month, in the mean time, all the buyers (more than 50) received a message from ebay stating my items broke the ebay policy and recommend all of them to file a claim against me, so I got 10 opened case on paypal within 1 hour and after 2 days my paypal account has also been limited.
I have provided all the documents as they requested, but today, I received a message from paypal:
'Dear *******, We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we receive additional information.
Please provide a copy of each of the following: - Third party documentation from a retailor validating the shoes that are sold are authentic'
What do I suppose to do? has anyone had received same message before?
Plus, paypal has reserved 7500 pounds on my paypal account, I am getting worried regarding whether they just want to forfeit this 7500 pounds if I cannot provide such document since I have proived many documents which can prove the items I was selling were genuine, but they never happy with them
