Paypal Limited - Need urgent help
 

Here's my scenario...

Selling vero items on Ebay. Using 2 Paypal accounts.. 1 for selling on Ebay, the other a seasoned account that I was dumping money into. Let's call the seller's acct A and the one I was dumping money into B. I sold about 3K worth of stuff over the weekend and transfered $2135 to acct B. I spent a little over $1000 out of it betwen ordering new product and the ATM.

On Sunday morning, acct A had been given the "kiss of death" from PAypal stating funds tied up for 180 days. acct B had all of the transfer money placed on "temporary hold" and now shows a negative balance for the amount that I spent (over $1000). Paypal wants information from me on what the $2135 worth of payments was for. I can either give tracking info, or explain in detail.

I only have one shot at this so I need to be right on it.... can anyone tell me the best way I should explain this that would give me the best chance at having the temp hold removed? I thought of saying accnt A was a tenant of mine and that the $2135 was due for rent? I could provide a lease agreement. Problem is, when I made the transfers I clicked "personal" and either gift or money owed.

One last question..... Can Paypal take the negative balance from the bank account without my consent?

i did the same thing.
2 paypals. 1 selling 2nd dumping. but i sent payment as gift.

All i know if paypal cant take money out of YOUR bank WITHOUT your concent

Did PP ask you to explain the transfers? If so, how did you respond and what were your results? If I can get past this and get the temporary hold released, I'll be in good shape and can work on getting the other account "de-limited". I'm just trying to go about this the best way since I only have one shot. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Pete
