3 Of paypals were limited cause they were linked to a limited paypal


I want to make a new one but how do i make sure this one doesnt get linked?
Im on my last checking account...

Please help asap i have a paypal payment coming in liek 2 hours...

I suggest you get the Stealth Book.. It explains it all, but to start off, you need to make a new user account, and change your ip before making a new paypal.
