Well if its your information and the account is all in real info why not give them a call? Sometimes that is all it takes to get the ball rolling. But remember to be polite to Paypal on the phone otherwise you won't get your account back. PM me if you need Paypal's phone number.

Exactly, Call them it will be in your best interest. They know you are trying to do real business if you go ahead and try to get things figured out.
