Need help with stealth info and paypal

Im from USA but rather stay anonymous from paypal so i have to deal with this.

I have 3 paypal accounts with ***** information, i created all of them, all are verified, 2 are USA the other is slovenian. 1 Of the usa ones is limited and the slovenian one is limited as well. One has 100$ the other has 300$

Both were created with ***** information..My question now is how can i withdraw the funds after the 180 day limit (im asking this now before its too late so i have plenty of months)

My second question is how can i create a good identity to use on paypal , will the ebaystealth book help me? I want the 411 as compressed as possible.

Broadly speaking the name on the bank should not be determined by paypal. What happens is that banks advise paypal of name variations on deposits and cause the grief. Bearing in mind any bank accounts must be created in real name, the best way is to 'match' that name.

As to what is shown by the routing number and account number,well, the ID of the bank (routing no#,BRANCH NAME) & ACCOUNT( merely the type of account, checking/savings & the special nos# for the account holder).
