Confirm location! may I use prepaid mastercard?

paypal ask me "confirm location" with a **** name account

may I use a prepaid vanilla mastercard giftcard and "register" the address in the card, then I provide the mastercard to paypal?

is that work? or they will send something to that address( I don't know anybody in that address)

That's exactly how it works. Register the card with the name and address and add it to paypal.
