Paypal business account

How does paypal feel about business account? I have a legal company in Florida and also in Hong Kong. Is paypal as quick to limit business accounts as personal accounts? Also, my credit is shot (due to some medical bills and a job loss back in 2006) so if I ever provided them with my ssn id be tanked--can you use a federal tax ID number instead of a social for a business account. Luckily my company has good credit.
