paypal limitations

I have had my stealth ebay and paypal account up and running since november, i started selling in february...just unwanted presents etc from the house but i have only £1000 left on my limits, i tried to lift the limit by an automated telephone call...but the phone call cut off half way through...i still have the security code on my paypal profile that i was to enter but hence they have not been lifted. i emailed paypal who told me they had problems with this automated service and that i could fax ineither a utility bill or bank statement, then someone else from paypal told me just to wait until my limit was up then do it. my problem is how do ii send them these details? can i change the name and address on a utility bill then rescan it and then fax it to them or is there an easier way to do this? as if i want to keep selling after limits are up i will need verification. i opened my paypal account with a virtual visa ... i thought that might have helped! |
