Help with Limited Account Access RXI034 - No steps to "restore account access"

need some advice and I know you are an expert in paypal limitations so was hoping you could give me some advice here..

I just got a limitation on my main paypal account (I dont use it on ebay at all, only on ioffer for small payments, about $200-$300 per week).

There are no steps to follow listed in paypal to remove the limitation, so I am at a loss on how to proceed here.

Below is the email I received:

Dear xxxxx,

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the
PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding
your account.

We are very sorry, but in accordance with the PayPal User Agreement, we are
no longer able to have you as a customer.

We have had to close your account for the following reason:

We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially
high risk.

We apologize for any inconvenience this account closure may cause. You may
still log in to PayPal to view your transactions history and personal
information for a limited time.

The funds in your account will be held for 180 days, due to the risk of
outstanding chargebacks and complaints. After 180 days, any remaining funds
will be available to you for withdrawal.

For your protection, we have limited access to your account until
additional security measures can be completed. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.

To review your account and some or all of the information that PayPal used
to make its decision to limit your account access, please visit the
Resolution Center. If, after reviewing your account information, you seek
further clarification regarding your account access, please contact PayPal
by visiting the Help Center and clicking "Contact Us".

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please understand
that this is a security measure intended to help protect you and your
account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

PayPal Account Review Department

I hope you can shed some light on what to do here, as there is no usual "complete the steps to restore access" in the resolution area.

Read the stealth guide & make a new paypal account. You will have to wait 6 months to get your money.

I have been a member here for quite awhile and I do know how to make stealth accounts.

I am requesting any suggestions on how to restore an account which has no "steps to remove the limitation" listed as per normal.

PayPal are not going to consider giving you this account back, hence the first paragraph of their email, they have decided to permanently shut it down.

You may wish to remove your name from the email also.

thats funny, you told OP to remove name from email, but you quoted the poor buggers name..

oh well.

wait 180 days, get stealth guide and most importantly work out a way not to repeat why you were limited or it will happen again..eg. if it wasnt amounts of money then it might have been brand names mentioned in messages on paypal

 careful with dropping name, MrXXXXXX;)

LOL What part of account closed don't you understand? 1. You should not have been using paypal in the first place. 2. You should definitely not have had any funds in the account. What were you thinking? 3. You should not have been using paypal in the first place. People on iOffer will accept damn near any payment method.
