Help with paypal limited, 2nd time.

hi guys, i recently got suspended by both paypal and eBay.
However I have made new account yesterday, with slightly different name but...same address. And I have made about $100 in this account. And now they required me verify my address and credit card. I have all the documents, but should I do it?

They still let me receive payments from buyers, but all of these payments are on hold and now the account is limited. So what would happen if I don't do anything, and if they will block my account, will I get my money after 180 days?
