Help 3 differents country Paypal account and a PowerSeller Ebay account...

I have a big issue since 15 days. I really need your help

I don't want to lost my PowerSeller account for a mistake!


Here the story :

I have :
1 very old eBay Account (2500 FB, PowerSeller) Registered in UK Ltd
1 young eBay Account (300 FB) Registered in Luxembourg with my perso details
1 eCommerce Site go to UK PP account

1 PP Account (very old) registered in France with UK company details (wrong)
1 PP Account registered in PP UK with UK company details (ok)
1 PP Account registered in PP Luxembourg with my perso Luxembourg details (ok)

Paypal UK account doesn't allow withdrawal in EUR to a UK EUR current account. Paypal automatically convert it in GBP (send to my GBP current account in the UK)
To avoid this limitation I made a 7'000 euro transfer between the UK account to the Lux. account and withdraw EUR.. Bad idea

As I don't know before reading this forum, and as you can imagine, all my account has been locked for verifications (invoices, etc..) and unlock and relocked 3 days after for High Risk Transactions.....

So after that I try to save some money and I withdraw all the money from the French PP account to bank account... Bad idea, few hours after it has been fully killed.

At this moment :
- My french PP account is dead (180 days locked) ?
- My Luxembourguish PP account is on limitation (Afraid to call PP about this)
- My UK Ltd PP account was limited, unlimited and limited again today. (It still can receive money....)
- My eBay account (small one) is limited (linked to my PP Lux account)
- My eBay account (PowerSeller one) was limited and unlocked, it is unlock for the moment

I deleted the PP and eBay link between PP and the eBay PowerSeller account (it may be help?)

I just call Paypal, and they say that is strange...... (Really???)...
All this things happen to avoid money laundering...
They will review my UK account and I have 2 options :
- It will be killed....
- It will be limited to add a buffer to avoid 'Large Transactions'

Strange things no ?

I will try to call them tomorrow...
How can i save the eBay PowerSeller Account ?

3 accounts is under "Appeal refused"

So the 3 accounts are "closed".

The 2500+ Evals PowerSeller account still works. (For how many times?)

so your limited accounts are awaiting the 180 days, yes?

the power seller account, I am assuming is in different name and address details to limited ones, right? How do you save it, there is nothing you can do, if it is linked somehow eg. cookies, well they will decide what to do with it and let you know, but meanwhile keep it free from high transactions and transfers and risky items, and hope for the best.

I will engage a new paypal account to not loose this powerseller account (More than 1 year of work).
But the question is, when payments will begin to arrive (High Frequency, several per day) how could I manage it without being limited ?

are you saying this is the reason for the limitations on other accounts? the amounts and frequencies?

are you sure it isnt the actual item that is high risk, is it high priced, branded or is it that there are just alot of sales...?

are you saying that you will get more money in to this remaining ebay because you are selling more due to other accounts being down?

make another paypal and start slow, and go slower on the the remaining one, if it is a question of the amounts and totals going through it...you get get a temporary trading partner to sell some of your stuff for you, whilst you get your other accounts established. But if it is a problem with the actual goods eg. branded, high risk, the problems will happen over and over...

No it's because i made several transfer between PP account... as an idiot 7000 Euros from one to another and withdraw

Man the best advice I can give you is what just happened to me which my account of long months got closed also and the account now says appealed refused and since they told me the reason was the supplier and invoices they could not verify the authenticity which is bull they probably check on the internet or listened to the phone conversation I had with paypal, but I didn't say anything bad. Anyways if at all you provide your supplier and invoices make them really legit and authenticity to 1000%. How? Idk man paypal has too many stupid rules. I beleive maybe they wanted a company they can go on the internet and check with.

Just transfer between account and withdraw all money from the account (I was afraid of a limitation)
