is it ok to use a non exsistent address for ebay and paypal? can ebay or paypal know that the address is non existent? i just would rather not use a a real address that belongs to someone i dont know

I suggest you use a variation of your address, a friend or relative. I don't really recommend using a non-existent address for ebay and paypal because you never know if they can find out sooner or later

well what i do is find a real street and i put its city and zipcode but i just make up the street number, is that fine?

No, I don't suggest it. eBay and paypal can easily find out. That's why you see many people on here with problems at some point.
