Limited account - Possible to refund still?

Hey guys, I havent needed your advice for quite some time but I have made some huge mistakes & I am left with over £600 in my papal account & its become limited. This account is under ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address so im unable to use any of the options to solve this dispute, right?

I think I messed up by changing the name/address on my ebay account on more than one occasion & as it stands, my ebay account as a completely different address to the linked pp account. The only thing I can supply them thats real is the tracking number.

So I was wondering, is there anything I can do now? my backup plan is to refund the buyers (there's only 2 buyers) & ask them to send payment to my main pp account, you can still refund whilst limited right?

Yes you can refund the buyers. But if you plan on trying to have them send the money to your main Paypal account then you run the risk of PP linking your main account to the account that is limited. If PP notices both of your buyers get refunds and then they both send payments to another PP account it doesn't look good. Do what you want just something to think about.
