yesterday my account was limit.
i paid:
-$220.00 USD Service
-£434.00 GBP Ebay Item
-$35.00 USD member in aspkin

they limit my account and i think due to high activity because account was not in use.
i have change the password,change the Q&A but im not be able to confirm location.when i try to add cc it said: Account is limited...
Please enyone can help me how do i resolv this situation!?

How old is the account? is it verified? what do you use it for? (ebay/website?) What type of limitation is it ? what are they asking you to do?

and has 100 trapped usd
