Help Retrieving My Money

About 6 months ago, before learning of Paypal’s sneaky tactics, I decided to create a different paypal account. This account was created on the same computer as my currently limited account (as of a month ago) on the same profile. The newly created account is not yet verified and has a different name, address, etc. I had some “personal” payments sent to this account and I was planning on sending the money to another account to be able to retrieve my money. I was going to change my ip, and log into the new account on a different computer profile, send them to someone else and have them withdraw the funds for me. The amount of money totals about $3000 and I had planned on doing it a few payments at a time, rather than all at once and mark it as a personal/gift payment. My question is, will this work and how dangerous will it be? Would it be better to link another bank account to the new profile and retrieve that way rather than sending it to someone to withdraw it for me? Help………

Paypal is always dangerous, its like playing russian roulette... you never know what is safe , and when you will be shot in the head :)

In my opinion , it would be better to add a bank account and w/d that way .. and then hold your breath until it reaches your bank account.

maybe I could split it up and withdraw part of it to a bank accout (greendot or AccountNow) and then have a money request sent to that account to move the rest?
