2yo paypal account limited

We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern.

so this is what happened. i`ve been using paypal on a constant basis, rolled about 4000$ in 2 years. recently i was planning a vacation and thought that some new clothes would be just fine. i bought 600$ worth of clothes and used 450$ from my credit card and one 150$ gift certificate bought from a 3d party forum! this turned out to be big mistake because the certificate got cancelled and my account ended up being limited. the grand finale is that my money were held and the items i bought were not shipped. all besides one.
can anyone help me out on this?

Hmmm...Something just doesn't seem to be adding up.

Easy limitation I have those all the time and they usually unlimit themselves automatically just by changing password and security questions. Maybe a few other thing but that is a easy fix!

yep but i provided scans of the requested docs, changed password , did all the steps. they will not remove my limit. any tips? or should i consider that i threw away 450$ ?

Have they said they are not removing the limit? Bit too general what you are saying for any advice to be given.:spy:

3rd party limitations usually only has a few steps please list exactly what the limitation was and the steps to remove them
