I was expecting to be able to withdraw funds from my limited account after 180 days, but it's been 14 months and the money is still locked. I haven't received the "parting our ways" email. Anyone know how I can unblock the money or at least make my account permanently limited (they are still waiting on my ssn etc)? Thank you.

To get the fastest response I would call them to talk to them about it. But you should call them from the phone number that is associated with the Paypal account you are calling about. If you call from a different phone then the phone you call from will now be linked forever to your suspended account. And blocking your number does not work. Absolutely correct. Toll free numbers always detect the originating number. Blocking your number does work if you are calling to a standard telephone area code.

Send a Certified Return Recipt Requested Letter, In the Letter threaten Legal action.
