vcc to fix limitation

i have 1 vcc (not confirm) and it ask for expuse code(i enever get it), what if i purchased another vcc, and put expuse code. will it solve my paypal limited problem?

Well i have never used a VCC although i could. But i would assume it should show up on your VCC account just as any other transaction would and then you put in the 4 letter code.

I use Netspend and i can use a VCC but never have used it yet.
Does it actually work?

i use simon gift cards - the expuse code will take 24 hours to 72
register the card , and activate it

thats how you confirm it
