land line/address verification payal
i manage many stealth account pairs; all without any links.
i manage to have all limitations removed to succesfully transfer to accts;
if i cant i refund and etc.
i can't share all but; i do have much to learn.
does paypal call the number on file to fraud verify a pending transfer?
do they know the original number i registered with is bogus although it matches my virtual credit card?
if they did make a transfer/activity verif call and it didnt answer did that trigger a limitation?
my guaranteed last limitation review item is always the land line verif; since many haven't a land line i can get by by supplying an address verification document through social engineering to waive the call, but....
now they're insisting on a land line. does the area code have to match perfectly to the zip code on file? do they bother to reverse 411 the number?
i dont want to waste money on virtual tolfree forwarding numbers if they dont recognize as land lines.
who is the beast and cheapest for this service?
