They Are asking for registration number?

PP have just emailed and they have asked to see my business registration docs?

Any advice on how to tackle this one?

By fax. Physical document submission seems to be faster than virtual attachments. Unless you are scanning your docs into photoshop. If that's the case, then just attach them to an email directly to a customer service rep who you call on the telephone. If you have them on the phone and send directly to them while you are talking, it tends to go pretty smooth. However, if you just upload your docs from the automated webpage submission pool, it can take over a week.
