Paypal appeal denied - Disbursement options

Hi ,I got my paypal limited today, appeal denied ,the paypal email :

In addition, your related eBay account will remain closed due to this
current PayPal action.

Please log in to your PayPal account and fill out the Limited Account
Access form to let us know what to do with the funds remaining in your
PayPal account.

- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click "Contact Us" and then "Contact PayPal Customer Service"
- Choose the topic "Limited Account Access," click "Continue," and write
your instructions in the message box.

-----------------------------------
Disbursement Options
-----------------------------------

1. Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your
buyers (if applicable).

If you choose to provide refunds to your buyers, please provide a list of
transaction IDs for the buyers that you would like to refund.

OR

2. Your remaining funds will be held in your PayPal account for 180 days
from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be
notified via email about how to receive your remaining funds.

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and regret any
inconvenience this may cause.

Should I go to Paypal->Contact US->Contact Paypal Customer Service ->Limited Account Access to write something like I prefer option 2(held for 180 days)?

Please kindly advise.

Also ,how can I pay for the ebay seller fee now since the paypal is limited ,and I can't pay for it via Paypal. (This is a stealth account)
Should I pay for it ? if I don't pay for it ,can I get my money back after 180 days? Thanks in advance.

I think it is automatic. If you do not use the balance for refunds, you will get an email in about 180 days, stating that your funds are now eligible for withdrawal. If it is not stealth, will have to have them mail you a check or add another bank account to withdraw to.

If your Ebay account is still good and you want to keep it and just accept payments through a different form like Paymate or something then you can pay your Ebay fees with a pre-paid debit card. Must make sure the info on the card matches the info on your Ebay account. But if you don't want to keep the account then they can't get the fees from your Paypal since it's limited. Then it's up to you if you want to pay them or not.

You can simply go to your local walmart, walgreens, or BJs and buy a Gift2Go Visa gift card. (It should be yellow)
Then all you need to do is just put the card numbers on eBay and that will pay for your fees.

what if I don't want this ebay account and I don't want to pay for the ebay fee? If I don't pay for the ebay fee,can I get my money back after 180 days?

Yes, if the account doesn't have any real information trackable to YOU.
But you're basically stiffing ebay for their fees.

Ebay can not touch the money that is in your Paypal account. So regardless if you pay Ebay or not when the 180 days has passed you will get the money that Paypal is holding onto.

Sorry to hijack this thread. I was wondering anyone had this similar experience whereby the PayPal account is limited for 180 days, paid for their ebay fees and continue to use that ebay account? If so, what other payment options do you offer because since the first paypal account has been suspended, there's no way that you can open another one because I would assume that the new PayPal account will get suspended as well.

Since you are in Australia why not use Paymate? Just log into Ebay and go to the approved payment methods. It will give you a list of everything that is accepted in Australia. GreenBean would have the best suggestions for you.
