Paypal frozen with eb suspend

I was suspended on eBay yesterday, I figure this time it's indefinitely .. for re listing designer items coming off suspension. Stupid move, wish I had eBay stealth first.!!
Will my Papal acct be automatically frozen ??
or will I be able to use it to make purchases on other sites ??
