Last night i get the money from my buy 76$ then at time 12 i change my address Then at Morning i want cek my paypal

i have complete 3 of 4 want from paypal

I think if i have read other peoples threads right, you got limited because you changed your address.

Proof of address - what they are wanting is something like an electricity bill, or gas bill, water etc to prove that you live at that address, that is in the same name as that on your paypal account.

i have electricity bill but the name not my name because i buy this home from some people then this home not my name

do you have some solusion
