Im new here, i want some suggestion for my PayPal account. Here is my story.
First sorry for my bad Eng.
3 Years later i made new personal account with PayPal (first time) i use it as a seller and buyer with not big amount ($5.95 every day). One day my account was limited and PayPal told me that needs some documentations Photo ID , Proof of address etc. I sent everything that PayPal want but the Photo id that I sent ddnt match with my First Name and Last Name that I register (FIRST MISTAKE) but I explain to PayPal with no problems ...then first limitation was gone. After 3-5 months I made my account type to Personal - Business. I didnt have any problem.
3-5 months ago I used selling with my eBay account (1y) without any problem since 30 days ago. I didn’t have any complaint with any of my costumers (100% feedback). I have again limit PayPal again ask for documentations Photo ID etc. I sent all documentations and I explain again for First Name and Last Name and PayPal change this on my account. Next day PayPal want Order Invoices, Tracking Numbers and Supplier Phone Number & Address

. I sent again all of these without any problem before that some of our costumers (2-3 costumers) on eBay told me that they want full refund but I can’t sent it because I had limited access. I call to PayPal and they told how to send refund and there is no problem. Next day everything was ok with complaints and with resolution centre I call again to PayPal if I need to do anything now and they told me that I don’t need to do anything I need to wait for response. After 2 days I call again and they told me again the same thing. Next day (big day)

I received email "PayPal appeal denied - After reviewing your PayPal account, we have determined there to be excessive risk involved and would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business. blah blah blah " my account was permanently limited, closed...

.....I call again and the told me that this is our final decision...what final decision why? Without any reason?...they told for excessive risk WHAT EXCESSIVE RISK.....nobody answer this.... I ask them how to remove this limit and said me that there is no way to unfreeze the account I said ok thank you. After I searched every day to find more info about this permanently limitation I found someone that have the same problem and told me to insist and insist to find solution. Also some phone numbers of PayPal agents, managers etc. I call them and said this story first agent told me that the limitation can’t be removed but I can make new account and is not necessarily that PayPal can find with new account. Second agent I asked them what you mean excessive risk what I did wrong she asked me if sell cell phones …cell phones

and I said that sell some electronics accessories. Third agent told me that again there is no way to remove the limitation but he told if I want to send letter to appeal my account. After 2-3 hours I received email from
service@intl.paypal.com:
«Limited Account Access -- Status Change»

If you are submitting a credit card or bank account statement to us, please ensure that the name and address on the statement match the information registered blah blah

I sent it before credit card statement but after I sign in to my PayPal I saw that my credit card that I register isn’t match with this that i sent. I call again to PayPal to explain and they told me ok we will send you email how to change your credit cart and your limitation will be removed. After 30 min I received email again that my account is permanently limited for excessive risk & 180-day hold my money etc. :(
This is my story with PayPal. Now I want your help what I have to do now.
