New Address solutions both for PP and EB.

Hey,folks!
Please share your ideas for obtaining new address, when:
- no friends, relatives, other's address can be used;
- any address- too risky;
- mail forwarding service- usually requires their acct holder verification (usps forms notarized, 2 forms of id's etc.)
