New paypal account !
 

Hi I have lost 3 paypal accounts in 1 month ! But these accounts limited because I always use same IP same computer for these suspended accounts ! Now I have to open a new account ! One of my friend gave me his 1 year old confirmed paypal account ! But he never receive any payments form this account ! He is just a buyer ! I would like to use his account But what should I do first ??? I will format my computer first ! My IP address is static ( My IP always changing When I restart my modem ) and I will open another seller account on ioffer ! I'm not using EBAY ! WHAT DO YOU THINK GUYS ??
is there anything I can do more ??? I don't wanna loose this new account again ! I really need some help !! THANKS

Get the book but on iOffer I think you can just have the google checkout. I would get the book if you want paypal. I hear its amazing. I am getting it soon.

These are all contradicting statements. At a fast glance you are just running at paypal without knowing what you are doing. You have to get the book. Or you will just burn your buddies account.

Not that it matters anymore, but basically you just make sure you are on another IP, computer account, address, etc and you just upgrade the paypal account to a business account.
