Will I be able to get my funds in 180 days?
 

Last year I sold video games that I was receiving through a wholesaler on eBay, they were all retail and legit copies. I was not able to provide PayPal with what they wanted because I did not have all of my invoices for the games and my wholesaler only kept invoices up through the past three months and PayPal said I would need to have an invoice for EVERY game I sold. So they put my account on hold. This is the message I got.

I am worried because it does not say that my funds will be allowed to be withdrawn after 180 days. Does PayPal HAVE to release my funds after the 180 days? I have hundreds of dollars in my PayPal that I do not want to lose. Also, is the most I can take out if they let me still $500 a month? If someone could help me out that would be great! Thanks.

i think you only take money via mail ( sending check ) i dont think you can take this account to buy or send money to paypal

Sorry to hear that your pay-pal account got limited.

It's scary and frustrating. If your worried you are not going to get your money back don't be. You will definitely get access to your pay-pal account to withdraw after the 180days. Your account will still be limited but you will have withdrawal access.

Yeah you wont have access to receive funds or send funds at this time.

It's weird cause my pay-pal account was suspended for the same reason, I had $700.00 at the time, after 6 months I got the money back..
They needed every statement as well. When I called I just said they I was buying through beltal.com. My account will completely restored two days later.

Were you able to get the $700 all at one time or was that as a $500 payment and a $200 payment? Also thank you both for your replies.

after 180 how can take the money if the name and adresse are stealh ?

Add a bank acct you can access if it doesn't have one already. Has worked for me for a while now.

If it has a verified VCC you will be able to get everything at once. If not just add one. This has worked for me several times.

Did you get the 180 days notice email from Paypal? Or just wait 180 days after the account was limited? Thanks
