How is PAYPAL tracking me ?
I am not sure if I am the only one having this problem.
I have had plenty of success with stealth accounts the past 2 years after purchasing the ebay stealth book. Just recently I have had almost all of my paypal accounts limited not on the same day , but over the past month.
I have done nothing differently , my internet is a usb modem that produces a diffferent IP address each time I sign in .. I am located in Asia and my accounts are registered to Canada. Something has changed with paypal .. they have gotten smarter .. unfortunatley I have not !
Is anyone else having this problem , or does anyone have any suspicions of how they could be tracking me ? |
