Screwed Up & Ended With Notification of Limited Account Access RXI059
 

Basically, all was good until I confirmed the bank account to further remove a restriction on the amount per month I can withdraw. That led to them discovering a previous account where I owed money....$45.00. I actually was not aware that I owed on that account but it appears someone claimed something. I have money in my paypal account so I called them and told them to simply take whatever I owe.

Here is my huge problem......although the agent said that my account would be restored once the transaction goes through in about 3-5 days, and she said she sees nothing else.......there is a section for further verification to be done. When I click resolve, it leads me to the checkoff list and it says to check e-mail for further instructions. I have not gotten an e-mail asking for documents, so I hope that the agent is right because if they happen to ask for a bank account statement........

I might be totally screwed.......I used a prepaid card that I'll keep nameless which sent me routing numbers incase I wanted to deposit my check which I used with paypal. I don't get a statement over the mail from them and I fear paypal would reject it.

How does this situation sound to you guys? Will the account be ok or is it going down? I'm an honest seller on Ebay that sells a few things here and there without a real bank account because I can't open one, I owe about $300 to a bank that went under (WAMU).

Sounds simple, simply log into the card that has the bank account attached to it.

There you will have a transaction history, simply print that out, scan it, and attach it to paypal if necessary.

Also, its not hard to chop a real bank statement. Just chop the the paypal bank onto your real bank statement and your good to go.

A short follow up.........miraculously, the limit was lifted. This paypal account of mine is not exactly legit.........the bank is one of those prepaid cards that sends you a routing number, the primary cc was the card issued by said bank. I had no utility bill for proof of address or a bank statement to show them. I created a word document and said to them that I rent and my gas & electric are included in the rent, and that I do my banking online, so I do not receive a bank statement unless I pay extra fees to receive them. I sent them a print out of my pre-paid debit card online statement since then wanted a CC statement and a copy of my driver's license.

I still anticpate somewhere down the road they will screw me over. I sell honestly, but when you don't have a real bank account, it's a sob dealing with ebay and paypal. It's as close as it gets to feeling like an illegal alien/immigrant.

I owe HSBC like $155 and WAMU about $280......both of my accounts there were closed for deliquency. I went through some bad times and still cannot hand out the money, but hope to do so when things get better. Would a bank like the one you mention open an account with someone who already owes a bank?

Yes that bank just google it anybody can get a real bank account with them as long as you don't owe them money and alot of other banks depending where you live offer 2nd chance accounts way better then prepaid cards
