hi,

im new member and very love this forum..

need info about prepaid card to withdraw paypal /anymous card. when 2007 im creating paypal (long time ago, and paypal doest famous like now) using my friend data. now i have problem with paypal account . and still have balance on there.

i need info free/ how to register debit/prepaid card with atm who can add to paypal and withdraw the money. cause i cant using my friend data. he already gone..

i already try find on google and so many people sell this card so expensive..
need info how to create new on / and i not usa citizen
