DO NOT request the PayPal debit card!
So after requesting a debit card, they set a limitation on my account requesting the following information: - Photo ID
- Proof of Address
- Proof of SSN
The email stated the following: Quote:

| I sent in all of my information requested, but got my appeal denied (twice, actually) because I can only get mail from a PO box. Supposedly they can't verify PO boxes. I gave them my street address but they couldn't verify it either since I can't get mail to it.
This is just a heads up for everybody out there. Don't request a debit card from them unless you are readily willing and able to supply them with everything. And 100% do not request one if you can only get mail via a PO box.
I talked with three limitation specialists. The first one was very nice and understanding, and put it back into review after going through my information with me.
The last one basically told me to f*** off. He even lied and said the issue was with not being able to validate my SSN, and when I showed him that it had in fact been verified he backtracked and told me that I was "dead in the water" and that I should look for a different company. I think I might just take him up on that last part. |
