HOW is this possible???
 

Had an item sell last night, buyer pays instantly, then tried calling me this morning when i wasnt home - SO THEY PUT IN A DISPUTE with paypal for non receipt!!!! Its only just been 24 hrs!!!!!

Thankfully its only asking for vero docs - so should hopefully all be ok to lift limitation but how is it possible for them to put in a dispute that quickly. Surely they would have to wait 7 days???

Vero docs as in a receipt? If so, this should be very easy. ;)

I think the buyer changed his mind about purchasing the item. Call and explain the problem to paypal, get yourself out of this.

Yeah thats no problem, im just stumped how they would allow someone to put in a non receipt dispute within 24hrs of auction end.

If you feel comfy talking with Paypal, call them up and try talking to a person that has some logic / brain power and explain the situation nicely.
THey'll probably help you a little bit.

I hope this option works for you but the prepare the docs - so easy to do it seems.

Yeah all good. Limit has been lifted ;) But the dispute is still there so come monday i will just issue a full refund and begone with that account.
