Please Help me about this limitation problem
 

Today Paypal limited my account and they sid like this:

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
#

Aug 2, 2010: We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-001-0xx-3x8-3xx.)


Can anyone help me what is that mean?

Means you need to follow their steps for removing limitation. Usually a bunch of paperwork to be faxed in.

Ebay is gonna want ID, invoices, and more. Pick up the stealth book. It will prepare you for your next eBay account. :thumb:

It means that MOST of the Counterfeit Goods that wind up for Sale on Ebay come from that part of the world, But, you already Knew that, Didn't you

l got the exact same message on the same day as you. Mine was because l sent money to myself from 4 different unverified paypal accounts to an unverified account. l have done this before and not had this response. l'm too scared to send anymore money to any of my other accounts think l will have to get them all verified now. :(

Another part of that is Indonesians are known to eBay and PP *as buyer and seller* to cause a lot of "trouble".

(and no, I don't mean this to be demeaning, but this is the fact)

Way too many chargebacks initiated from that part of the world - not to use a blanket statement on you but it is what it is.

Last questions, I want to register to Ebay again because my old account has been stolen by someone and my Paypal is now limited. how to change the IP that use dial-up connection? is dial-up connection has dinamic IP? is it safe to register Ebay and Paypal there after I cahnge my IP?
