Paypal limited account
 

So my account was limited two days ago after 1036stars 100% feedback and powerseller status. It was limited after I tried to change my address and name to my new married name!!! the reason was they needed to make sure I was "me".
I have submitted every document known to man! Not good enough. I have 28 auctions going right now. Will I be able to ship items? My ebay seller fees were refunded back to ebay, are they going to limit or cancel my account as well?? Day 4 and no relief!! I feel ROBBED!! I am a totally honest seller and I feel like they are terrorizing me!!

Welcome to the forum and just so you know, everyone has experienced this and I feel you.

1. I highly suggest you get the stealth guide to learn more about ebay and PP.
2. It's quite possible that they will suspend you indefinitely.
3. If the ebay account is in your real name and everything is legit, I highly suggest you call your powerseller phone number and ask for supervisors and ask if there's anything else you can do to reinstate the account, specially you already submitted your ID to them.

If you can access your paypal, perhaps it's best if you contact the buyers, refund them and ask them to pay you in a different way.

I agree, if your account is legit you should email them and discuss it over the phone. things go better over the phone no matter what you are trying to accomplish
