Just got limited
 

Hi paypal just limited one of my account , i got paid for something i sold and then a couple days later went to buy something with it and sent the seller the money and boom my account is limited and yes there asking for all kinds of proof of who i am, phone, invoices etc.

My question is will they put that 180 days hold on my account if i dont provide the iinfo?

Give them the Proof that they are asking for, if you cannot then YES they will do the 180 day thing

i know how to give them all the info except for the ssn so guess im on the 180 day count down unless someone knows a fix for this.

You can try calling them up to fight off the SSN inquiry but good luck, they seem to be hard on it these days.

Ok i made a purchase and it shows completed but then paypal filed a dispute with the seller and its awaiting the sellers response, do you think they will allow that money going to the seller to go to him or her and then the item has to be shipped to me right? and how long would that take before they allow the seller to ship it?

Paypal blocked payment to seller? I doubt you are going to get the seller to mail you anything - depends on who the seller is, solid feedback? big money involved? Lot of questions you need to fill us in on for an educated response.

no paypal first allowed me this morning to make the purchase it shows complete and then i logged in to see how much money i had about an hour later and it showed a dispute with the person i just bought from, it says the seller has to respond to whatever it is that paypal sent them. Then another hour later i got the email saying my account was limited until i provide all this info.

So im wondering if the seller of the item responds to paypal will they give him or her there money and then the seller of the item has to ship it to me right? the seller had good feedback on ebay into the thousands

Ah ok - but your account is limited....A big seller like that might not even bother helping you out, you will have to e-mail and try.

If you're stuck with a limitation then up to you to leap through the hurdles =(

well its the sellers money it shows the transaction completed if he or she gets the money he will have to ship it to me im sure that sounds right. Guess I will have to see what the seller sends back to paypal and wait a few days to see what happens. I dont care if they limit the account as long as the seller gets his or her money and sends me what i bought.

True on the seller receiving your payment. Hope you can get him to respond because if he doesnt, the funds will be returned to you in 48-72 hours and you will be stuck with it in limited.

Go to eBay and grab the Seller's contact info and call them up right now, before your eBay acc is suspended also.
