Paypal limited my account stated it was linked to another paypal account

Help please,

My paypal account was limited because they stated that my account was linked to another account by my phone number and name (which account is negative) . I have NEVER had another paypal account and gave them all the info they asked for even a police report! I have been a paypal member for 7 years!!! Am I screwed? How do I link my eBay account to another paypal account (my fiances account)? OR do I use another service like paypal? Is there another like paypal? PLEASE HELP!
