Paypal limited account Access RXI034

First of all I want to thank you all for reading my thread and may be replaying.

Here is my story. I will try to be as short as possible. Again thank you

First of all I want to say that all of may Paypal transactions are 100% legit. the account is registered in Euroep.
I sell websites on Ebay and receive regular payments to my verified Paypal account.
A month ago I've hired a developer in US and for each job completion I send him paypal payments. There were about 6 transactions for the last month.
1 transaction I think it was for about $300 - Paypal called me and verified that I authorized it
2nd transaction for $1000 - Paypal called me and verified that I authorized it
3rd (300) 4th (250) 5th (300) - Paypal called and verified that I authorized it
6th trnsaction was for $300. Paypal never called and on the next day I received an email from paypal with title - Notification of Limited Account Access RXI034 and text

/////
We are very sorry, but in accordance with the PayPal User Agreement, we areno longer able to have you as a customer.

We have had to close your account for the following reason:

We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially
high risk.
etc.....
//////////////////

I don't care that much about the money left in the account but for the account itself as it had many subscribers and I also need it for my business.

Is there any hope that this account can be restored? I will call and speak with everyone in paypal customer service tomorrow and all supervisors I can get....
They will be of course able to see all the history and that all transactions. have been verified.

I've read a lot of Paypal horror stories and I don't feel like I want to deal with Paypal anymore but is there a good alternative? Alternative that will be as easy to use as Paypal, something that all customers will be able to use and pay on the fly after an auction ends.

Thank you

Looks like they just don't like what and how you are selling and how you are sending money. They really don't like non-tangible items like web sites.

ANY ALTERNATIVE IS BETTER THAN PAYPAL AT THIS POINT IN TIME. If your eBay account is still good for now, I would just accept Paymate or Moneybookers. If you really want to take PayPal payments, go with 2Checkout or CCNow.

It wouldn't hurt to call PayPal but I doubt it will help, since you got the "we don't want to do business with you" letter.

My best guess from the info you gave is that the outgoing transactions triggered a review. Then someone looked at it, saw that you were selling websites and decided that it was too risky to keep you as a customer.

PayPal views personal transactions taking place outside of eBay as risky. They also view selling NON-TANGIBLE items ON eBay as risky.

The combination probably did you in.

With PayPal, just because a transaction is accpetable according to the user agreement, does not mean that the transaction is actually acceptable.

I know that does not make much sense, but neither does PayPal.
