Paypal stole my 15,451 today
 

i have been on ebay and paypal since 1996.. powerseller with 100 percent feedback, transactions are about 18,000 a month, all non VERO items,, today paypal froze my account and said it was linked, which i knew was bull****, im a police officer and not married and my son is only 1 year old, i knew noone logged into my computer,, said theyre freezing my account of 15,000 and some change, until i go through credit check, i was like **** i dont care,, do what you need to do, im good. lol boom 12 hours later passed that, then they come back with youve been linked, i told them and faxed my deed of my house that i just purchased 5 months ago, guy said yep,, that did it, your address,i was like well i just showed you i just moved in a few months ago, and usually dont log in from home, its usually my office, then he said, yeah youre right, but unfortunately we are unable to lift the ban, theres too much evidence against you.lol.. he said, well the account it is linked too owns an outstanding balance of 2,453.. i was like, so you think im going to pay that, he said well if you want to be un limited,, you will need to resolve that,, i was like you mother ****ers are like the mob,, paypal fishes and looks for people who are power sellers and well established for years and who dump lots of money in paypal daily, and then look at all the people who ****ed them and are like Hmmmmmm,, lets tell this SOB he is linked to this account. lol he will be forced to pay the debt owee if he wants his prescious account back.. lmao i dont know, but i am starting to believe that,, so i guess now i have to create a new one. EBAY has not limited me yet,,

they like to play,, thats cool, i just made a few calls to district attorneys office, and getting a subpoena now to give all info since they have linked me.. and they wont tell me anymore,, well we shall see, i bet the give me info now... man i am steaming...........

i read this right after you posted and went for a walk. for the life of me i could not understand why i was so pissed off. then i came back and saw what was on my monitor and it made sense; i don't have anywhere near this much in limitation and i am pissed for you too!

yeah sorry, i didnt look at the spelling,, so i played the little game with them a little farther, i been on the phone with them for like 20 minutes now,, i decided to use another card and pay this mysterious linked account total for over 2,000, ............ on the phone i told them, hey take a look its paid,, after 10 minutes guy came back and was like oh,, sorry to inform you, we see that account is paid but we are going to have to severe business ties and wash our hands,, see im not knew to crooks and theives, this isnt my first rodeo, maybe with paypal it is ,, so i said yuo knew this the whole time didnt you? he said umm no no, i was like i did,, he said with a chuckle,, as you may know, we dont conform with us banking laws and dont have to sir,, i chuckled back and said,, hey me niehter,, you looking at the mysterious suspended linked paypal account, he was like yes sir i cant give anymore info, i was like nah, i dont want more into,, refreshe your page, so once he did he saw it, i did a chargeback on thepayment to the mysterious account for over 2,000 and am getting the money back, so no loss, i knew and was prepared, and before i hung up because he was wanting to place me on hold etc,, getting a supervisor, i said whoa,, easy,, hey,, hey,, he was like yeah!!!!

I SAID I DONT CONFORM WITH US BANKING LAWS EITHER, MAYBE WE SHOULD BE PARTNERS.. LMFAO.. these mother****ers wont win this one... no way in hell.

Only thing that has me scratching my head is that usually IT IS the somewhat innocent ones that let their Paypal balances get into the thousands of dollars because they don't know the reality of Paypal circumventing the banking laws, etc....the are naive.
So for someone who is a scammer or running a stealth account for whatever reason would know better than to ever let a balance get so high.
I have a guy that I used to work with who sells on ebay...100% legit and probably is at 800 FB 100% right now. He told me once that he had just transferred like $8000 from his Paypal account. The scary thing is that I think he does all of his business from his work computer that is at a college with about 6000 students. Surprised that no one ever got banned at that IP address with that many people and took him down with them

Friend of mine sold a legit new camera week ago - accepted 4k+ to paypal and they let him bank withdraw with no problems...I was shocked in so many ways ha.
