Got limited just after update credit card
 

Just got Paypal limited after update CC, because my CC on file will expire soon.

Is there some thing I did wrong?

Paypal ask me to add another CC to verify billing address.
They said will take 30 seconds after I add CC.

Is there anybody else have same problem?

I need refund to my customer, how can I refund now?

I process refund to customer cause this problem?

I have the same issue. I updated my card and they wanted phone verification of my location. Landline only. The phone doesn't match the physical address so my acct is limited. I'd transferred a couple hundred to my bank 2 days before this and it was still pending. Then I updated the card, got limited, and they snatched it back just around the time it should have cleared!

I also need to refund a few bucks to a customer but I don't have any way to do it :(

I'm kicking myself for doing ANYTHING in that account before the finds cleared, but live and learn. I never thought the cc would cause all this trouble. So, I guess it's back to stealth square 1.

Just a theory, but the limit could just be waiting and when you do any activity its just activated. Could have been the transaction before or who knows. I say this because I got limited once for using the shipping tool. So it couldn't been bad that I was trying to ship the item. Even PayPal cant think sending out the item is suspicious. I think it was the transfer I did earlier that day. It said pending and all was well. 6 hours later account was fine until I shipped.
