Hi!
I have stealth account. Today I got little payment, and when I log in paypal account to check I get:
Sorry — your last action could not be completed

After about 30 minutes i get email appeal denied, account is limited, I only get funds after 180days.
I try use different browsers: Mozzila, Explorer;Opera, and still nothing. But I can log in other paypal account. Any ideas? :suspicious:

change IP and delete cookies
 

I think you have to change IP and delete cookies and flash and read the forum

you have to do as they say to help to prevent this in the future. I am sure you are linked to an older account? any idea?

Not working. I delete all cookies, flash cookies, change ip, restart pc, use other browsert, but still nothing.
Maybe my account is linked, it`s not excluded. I can log in other paypal accounts.
