Paypal limited but asking me to add credit card
I have been reading this forum for the past few days and while some of my questions have been answered, I just have one problem that I cant figure out.
My US paypal account has been limited and they are asking me to confirm my location by adding a new credit card for phone verification. I tried to add an entropay vcc but the error message I got was that they couldnt verify my address. How do I get around this.? Would using a different vcc solve the problem? |
