paypal account limited can I open new one just to send payments
 

My paypal account is limited can I just open a new account and enter ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information such as address etc... I just need a paypal account to send payments I no longer wish to use it to receive payments. I know to get a new cc# and bank account number. Do I need to clear my cookies or do anything of that sort on my computer?

And yes, you can open new account with f*ke info - you need to use a whole new IP and new user account on your computer to be safe from linking.

If you are just making purchases, you could get away with just the same IP (been there, done that) but if you EVER turn it into a seller account, you will likely become limited on withdrawal. So a heads-up.
