paypal limited first time....and they want everything.
 

Including ssn...I can come up with everything else..what to do about ssn...can I make one up? This is a totally stealth acct. HELP

If you can't figure out what the member above is talking about (because I wish I knew), this account is DONE.

Get ready to wait 180 days for whatever money is in the account and move on.

Call paypal and tell them you don't want to give your ssn for being a victim of identity fraud currently and you will give passport or id if they don't budge say well close my account and i will cash out in 180 days. It's at least something you can try. I mean who the hell is paypal to be our bosses!

did that, and they said "appeal denied" and i got the email pp are dicks

There are ways around the Paypal SSN . I have been doing it on all of my accounts for quite some time. I have found that when I set up the account I give them the SSN # up front and I have never been limited. If you give it to them before they ask for it then Paypal will look at you as less of a fraud risk.

Yeah I know kind of comical when we are talking about SSN#'s.:pound: The name Cardfelon is what I use when I play online poker so I now use it on all the different forums that I am on.

Good luck with USA based accounts, I am so clad we don't have this in Canada, against the law to ask for social security number, Only Bank can request it. SNN, not possible, account is gone.

Well get them to part ways with you now and this will start the 180 days from the date of limitation. I just withdrew my funds yesterday after 180 days. I dont think there is alot you can do man :(

After attaching my B of A account, the SSN requirement went away.

I refused the ssn and provided bank statement and invoices...thats all and they removed the limitation
